Christine Boyd offer new investments in Cape Verde

Option 1

• Available to clients who purchased in Cape Verde for between €89,000 and €99,000. Client can purchase a 1 bed apartment on Dunas Beach for €115,000 (current market prices are between €115,000 and €142,000).
• Client will only need to pay their original price of €89k/€99k. The remaining balance (€26k/€43k) will be covered by a mortgage on completion.
• The mortgage will be paid by the rental income, any shortfall will be guaranteed by the developer for up to 2 years during construction and for a further three years after completion, up to a capped rate of 7.5% p.a.
• 40% of original investment (€89k/€99k) to be paid within 28 days, then a further 20% in Jan ‘09, July ‘09 and a final 20% Jan 2010..
• Deal will include legal fees with our lawyers Alexandra Pereira (up to €1,500)
