“TURN KEY” SERVICE
Step 1. A client says to us, “ I would like an extension over my garage, I would like a new heating system, a full re-wire, a new kitchen, decoration and a plasma screen TV. I also want to block pave the driveway”
Step 2. RC Project Management Ltd provide a free consultation and quotation, followed by a fixed price quotation and programme for work.
Step 3. Project is handed over to RC Project Management Ltd. Client may have as much or as little input as they wish. RCPM produce drawings and manage the process through local authority approval. Start on site and RCPM manage the building process.
Step 4. Client is handed over a completed building.
